Capgemini Placement Pattern

PATTERN:-

The recruitment process at Capgemini usually has 4 rounds:
  1. Written Test
  2. Technical Round
  3. Managerial Round
  4. HR Round
  1. Written Test
There are 60 questions to be answered in 30 mins. The sections are:
  1. Aptitude
  2. Logical Reasoning
  3. Verbal
For aptitude the questions are mostly taken from RS Aggarwal.
  1. Technical Round
Questions that are asked in this round mostly pertains to your Project, Core subject areas in B.Tech, Programming languages.
If you are certified in anything like Java certified, you will be asked questions on them. So be thorough with your concepts.
  1. Managerial Round
You are tested on :
  1. a. Leadership skills
  2. b. Team handling skills
  3. c. Logical Thinking
  4. d. Stress handling
  5. e. Etc.
  1. HR Interview
Some sample questions are:
  1. How much salary do you expect?
  2. How do you justify getting that much salary?
  3. Are you OK with night shifts?
  4. Are you ready to relocate anywhere in India?
  5. Do you want foreign deputations?
