Accenture Placement Paper Pattern

ACCENTURE

About Company:

Accenture is the largest consulting firm in the world and is one of the largest computer services and software companies on the Fortune Global 500 list and a mass recruiter.

Test:

There will be written test . One round of Group-discussion is there but the topics are not general like “Red is red and Blue is blue” and much more….. .Obviously sectional cutoff is there .There will be four sections in the test.

1. Aptitude

For aptitude solve previously available papers on net. I think that’s sufficient for you. You can also follow R S Aggarwal. Everytime they will repeat the pattern. If you don’t look previous years papers then it can be difficult for you to be at par.

2. Verbal/Non-verbal reasoning

You must require a good level of understanding to solve this section , good analytical skills.They stress on questions which relates you to Data interpretation and statistical analysis.

3. English

They will look out for the guys who are English freaks. It is not necessary you to be a brilliant in academics but you should be confident enough. Toughest section ,I can say.

There will be 2 – 3 very very long reading comprehension. For that you must have a very good speed.

Paper is full of Jumbled sentences , Frame a sentence , synonyms , antonyms.

4. Essay-writing

They will give you any topic on which you have to fill the entire sheet in just 5 minutes. So be prepared for that. They will definitely ask you about this essay during interview.

Interview:

There is two rounds of Interview. One - HR and other technical round .

But they will screwed you in all fields. Surely , puzzles and current events are there. Read your Resume carefully. They will ask you branch specific questions also like if u r mechanical student then they will ask questions from thermodynamics , Engines etc.

You will find a lot of questions on that. Their one pet question is : Tell me about your any achievement during college --- Please don’t relate it with studies.

So prepare well for HR interview.
