Dominic Cork announces retirement


Former England all-rounder Dominic Cork announced Retirement from Cricket.Cork finishes with 10,114 runs and 989 wickets in first-class cricket.Cork played 32 ODIs and 37 Tests for England between 1992 and 2002.

DOMINIC CORK FACT-FILE

1990: Makes first-class debut for Derbyshire.
1992: Plays first one-day international for England against Pakistan at Old Trafford.
1995: On test debut against West Indies takes seven wickets for 43 runs. Hits a hat-trick on day four of the fourth Test.
1999: Named Derbyshire captain.
2003: Buys out his Derbyshire contract to join Lancashire, citing a desire to win trophies
2008: Released by Lancashire and subsequently joins Hampshire.
2011: Announces his retirement from all cricket.
